    Dagenhams a terrible place I think, it's quite an anti social area full of chavs. (my point of view)

    North London seems good, but it is quite expensive.

    dagenham is a horrible place, i live here, its not as bad as some areas but i still cant wait to get out. my 1 bed flat though has just been valued at 135-145k!
