We have just received a letter and application form for a debit card to use with our Flex Account. OK so far, we then looked at the form and found that it had been filled in for us already, account numbers and all. All we had to do was to allocate passwords; it even had a section for an address change. Had the letter fallen into the wrong hands anyone could have emptied our account before we knew anything about it. Why, in these days , when there is so much publicity about identity theft, do they fill out these forms so completely . ??? One more letter for the bonfire, it definately won't be going in the dustbin.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
