I have an outstanding balance I would like to transfer that is larger than the credit limit available on Halifax's 0% balance transfer. Is it possible to take advantage of another balance transfer offer with another company or will it likely be rejected?

It might do, but it seems you've got nothing to lose by trying. If you've got a good credit history, your situation doesn't look distressed and your income fits with the amount of borrowings and credit available, then you have a good chance!0
