Do mopeds require rear view mirrors for legal road use?

Does anyone have a guide to what they examine on a motorbike MOT please?

    Yes it does.

    Lights, brakes, tyres, suspension, forks, wheelbearings....

    Motorbikes and mopeds do not have to be fitted with mirrors. A quick google confirmed this. You would be pretty foolish not to have them though. And always do the `lifesaver` before turning or overtaking. Bike mirrors are rarely very good - some only show you your elbows, and you knew where they were anyway.
