Hi

Sorry to bother you, but are you able to help me with a PCN?

I had a PCN parking ticket on the 26th February, I never received a NtK but have now received a debt collectors letter from PCS.

I have honestly read the posts for newbies but am unsure of what to do now or what appeal letter to send.

I'll really appreciate any help you can give.
