Disabled Tax Class

Hi All,

I've just purchased a second hand car yesterday, I've gone to tax the vehicle today online and I've noticed that the tax class is disabled.....

I need to change this back to the standard class to be able to tax the vehicle. Has anyone had this situation before?

My local DVLA office closed awhile ago so my local on is now 80 miles away.

Thanks in advance.
