Where do I go to get a PIP form/talk to someone about benefits?

Due to my age and various other complications, I can't really use benefit calculators and so on accurately. Ideally, I'd like to talk to someone about what I could apply for. Is there a name for someone like this and where abouts can I find them?
P.S, where do I get a PIP form from?
Thank You :T

This govt site shows you how to get a form by calling the DWP.

The Citizens Advice Bureau can give advice about benefits and you should find advice on disability benefit websites. There's a disability and dosh forum on MSE with some posters who can perhaps recommend some organisations.
To apply for housing benefit, see your local council website.0 -
DIAL / DIAC should be able to advise you on the forms and the council, if they still have welfare rights.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

Hi, AGE UK may be able to help ?0 -
DIAL et al cannot get you forms.
If you are not currently claiming DLA, then phoning up and requesting a form from the DWP should be done ASAP.
You cannot backdate a claim.0 -
Hi, seems really confusing. There doesn't seem to be a person to just speak with who knows all the answers, just lots of different organisations/companies

Sophia - from your posts, I think that you might be in the Basildon area - have you heard of the Basildon Foyer (see http://foyer.net/foyers/basildon-foyer/)
I think that these might be the people to help you - good luck!0 -
