House owner renting or selling to Housing Association

I am a private landlord having to rent out my property because I can’t sell it at the moment. Does anyone have any experience of Private Sector leasing in the West Midlands? I am looking to connect with a Housing association who operates this scheme. I am also considering selling so again if anyone has sold to a housing association in the West Midlands I would be grateful to hear about your experience. Many thanks in advance.
