My deposit is being held with TDS, tenancy deposit scheme. But I cant find the link for that company.

My agent says you dont need to do anything they will be in touch with me when they have the inventory report.

I am still trying to work it out with the old LL.
He wants me to pay for painting the old flat, I say it needed painting before we moved in. We asked him to paint it 4 years ago but he said no. We just lived in it until we moved out a couple of days ago.
It is not fair for us to pay for painting his flat after we have moved out?0
