    You will not change the stance of the insurer who will pay out and as for ambulance chasers as has been put well where there's a will there's a way of getting information out of these Companies and as the old saying goes money talks.


    You are far better forgetting this and not keep getting upset and or angry as I can assure you now nothing will change with this type of accident, Plus as stated you do not know and cannot say for sure if the other driver did have an injury and are just speculating that they did not.

    Yes now I know that they will always hold the person moving into the lane responsible, regardless of circumstances, I can see there is nothing to be done. Wish I had known about the lane changing assumption at the outset.
