3. DATES: The Competition starts on 4 May 2015 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 17 May 2015 (“Close”).Entries received after Close will not be included in the Competition

6. PRIZE: (a) FIRST PRIZE There is one first prize, which must be redeemed within twelve (12) months’ of winner’s acceptance of the prize (travel may not be permitted during the following periods: Christmas; new year; February; Easter and August), consisting of the following package for the first prize winner and a selected guest:
(i) economy class return flights from a London airport to V C Bird International Airport Antigua (“Flights”);
(ii) six nights’ accommodation (in a shared standard twin/double room) in the St James Club Antigua Club Resort on an all-inclusive basis (St James Club Antigua terms and conditions apply) (the “Hotel”); and
(iii) return ground transportation between V C Bird International Airport Antigua and Hotel.

(the foregoing together, the “First Prize”)

(b) SECOND PRIZE There are five (5) second prizes, each of which consist of two (2) bottles of Casillero del Diablo wine (“Second Prize”).
The First Prize winner and First Prize winner’s guest must travel together and depart from the same location. The Flights will depart from a London airport on a date agreed between entrant and Promoter. Any and all other costs, expenses or consumables of any nature which are not specified above shall be at the winner’s or the winner’s guest’s cost and nether the First Prize or Second Prize includes anything not specifically set out in these terms and conditions (the First Prize and Second Prize exclude without limitation any air travel taxes and/or expenses, departure taxes/fees, inspection charges, security charges and/or travel insurance, incidentals, tips, telephone calls) and the First Prize winner or their guest will be required to provide the Hotel with a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals. The First Prize is subject to availability of Flights and Hotel at the time of winner’s requested booking. The First Prize cannot be taken over or during any UK bank holiday (or the immediately preceding weekend where a bank holiday is on a Monday). All Flight and Hotel booking requests must be sent to Promoter at least eight weeks prior to the requested outbound travel date. Flights cannot be changed once the booking has been made, and are non-transferable and non-refundable. The First Prize and Second Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if any winner is unable to use either the First Prize or Second Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. The First Prize winner and their guest must comply with all the terms and conditions, health and safety guidance, instructions and requests of the Hotel and the applicable airline operator in connection with the Flights. The Promoter has no responsibility or liability in the event that the First Prize winner's or First Prize winner’s guest’s behaviour and/or status and/or any other conduct by the First Prize winner or First Prize winner’s guest results in the First Prize winner or First Prize winner’s guest being unable to: travel on the Flights and/or satisfy the requirements of the Hotel and/or any airline and/or regulation or mandate of any security, customs and/or border protection agency in connection with the prize. It is the First Prize winner’s and their guest’s responsibility to ensure that they both hold valid passports and any other necessary travel documents. In the event that passport control or in-country authorities refuse entry, or place conditions on entry, to the Antigua, the Promoter accepts no responsibility in that respect. The Second Prize winner and the First Prize winner and the First Prize winner’s guest must be over 18 years of age and the Promoter may require proof of age. Both the First Prize and Second Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternatives are available for either First Prize or Second Prize or any elements thereof. In the unlikely event that either the First Prize or Second Prize or any element of the First Prize or Second Prize should become unavailable or withdrawn by withdrawn by its competition partners, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize element of equal value. Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any elements of the First Prize being withdrawn by its competition partners.
7. PRIZE CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Both the First Prize winner and Second Prize Winners will receive a message via email (using the email address provided by each entrant at the time of entry in the Competition) by 15:00 (GMT) on 20 May 2015 confirming that they have won a prize. b) ACCEPTANCE The First Prize winner and Second Prize winners must each claim their prize by no later than two week’s from Promoter’s message confirming that such winner has won a prize. If no claim is received by the Promoter within this time or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner, the Promoter reserves the right to deem that winner’s prize forfeited and the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, select another winner.
