Hi,
Am a sole executor. I had a kind yet (I thought) rather odd offer today from someone wanting to know if I'd like to borrow money towards the cost of funeral expenses. But, as the sole executor presumably I'd be paying these from the estate???
The nice people offering to loan me all that money - that it turned out I didn't need - have just got a solicitor to write to me querying the will.
Accordingly, the 'barge pole' advice is greatly appreciated several months on - many thanks G6JNS0 -
