You haven't got ISAs in yours and your wifes name,

You have an ISA in your name, if the other one is in your wife's name it is her ISA, hers, not yours and you shouldn't be doing anything with it. if its in her name, it is her money

You cant transfer money from an account in your name to an account in your wifes name....

They are called iSAs for a reason Individual Savings Account.

You don't need to switch at all. You can gain access to Flexclusive products/rates in various ways. Details available on their website.

See condition 1.b. (and then kick yourself for not having £7.5K of your money making 5% AER in FlexDirect accounts ;))

What I am getting at is that if it is in your wifes' name in an account, IT IS NOT YOUR MONEY ANY LONGER. it is her money, in an account that you should have no control over.
She has the control, not yuou. Does she know what you are doing with HER money

Lloyds 4% AER beats your ISAs.
