    If you got in to this to make money, you wont if you use an agent.
    The best of the best make 15% profit on annual rent, the worst lose money.

    Agents get to cream off the profit of a couple of hundred grand of investment without investing a single penny and take the cream from the top.
    A brilliant and genius idea I have to say.
    Let some mug buy a house, rent it for them pocket the profits.
    All for the price of a phone and printer.
    If you are serious about making money, then loyalties dont work.
    If the fees are too high, s21 this tenant, find another and go it alone.
    If you can not, sell up, you will not be making any money.
