                    Hi all,
3 to 5 minutes in a loading bay and slapped with a ticket. No leeway, no remorse.
I just wondered if there is any kind of period of grace that they are required to allow before issuing a ticket? Or if not, if there is any chance of an appeal success on the grounds that it literally must have only been 3 to 5 minutes?
Other info: sign stated loading bay, 6am to 6pm Monday to Saturday (day was Monday, time 10:38am.)
I would guess not but always worth a try.
Thanks in advance.
BD

Where does it sate that? There are some on here who are knowledgeable about local authority PCNs. Me for one.
OP, can you give the contravention code on the PCN plz.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0
