Completely confused credit file changes and impact

Options
Morning All first time post so please be gentle.

My husband and I are FTB a few weeks ago we had an offer accepted on a house at which point we asked London and country to source us a mortgage deal. We are looking at LTV of 95%.

They recommended a deal with the woolwich which we got AIP with but then declined because of a 'payment arrangement' lodged on my credit file. After checking my report it was from nationwide current account - basically in April 2013 they requested my overdraft back in full which I wasn't at that time able to do so we agreed for monthly instalments - to my suprise the arrangement was not marked as defaults but just as 'arrangement 01/01/21014 to 01/04/2014'. MA said he would query this with woolwich and I spoke to nationwide who advised that they could not remove it as it was an accurate reflection - the only change they could make would be to change the dates to reflect a whole year of payments (obviously didn't accept this!!!) to be clear I kept to this agreement fully for the 12 months.

Fast forward a week and our forever home came onto the market, we offered and got accepted although there had been no progress with MA, so we went to a whole of market broker and explained everything.

She approached the Halifax who said they would lend at 90% which isn't really an option but then went on to secure us an AIP with natwest where we have submitted full application. It has been a really worrying time and I am on experian all the time.

Imagine my surprise today when this arrangement has gone!!!

Where has it gone and is it likely to rear its ugly head?! Natwest so far have only done a soft search on my file........

What is on Equifax, as that is RBS Group's main CRA for full applications?

Barclays won't accept any credit files negatives in the two year run up to the application, so an AP marker within that period would see you declined.
