In order to be considered to be a winner, you must commit to the following:
• You must commit to taking part in the Tough Mudder event on either Saturday 30th May or Sunday 31st May 2015.
• You must commit to allowing KISS to follow your progress in your training before the event and your thoughts after the event.
• You must commit to allowing KISS to use your voice on air talking about your progress in your training before the event and your thoughts after the event – this will be recorded via phone.
• You will be required to send KISS pictures and videos shot on the Sony phone provided, as well as blog posts showing how you are using the Sony products to help you train. This will be via email before the event, on the day of the event and after the event (nothing after 5th June 2015).

• You will be required to sign a testimonial release form.

• You will be asked to come in to the KISS studios to collect your prize. If you collect your prizes from KISS, we will arrange for you to meet the Breakfast Team and will capture your experience on camera for the KISS Lifelog. This will be between 8am – 9.15am and you will need to be flexible to accommodate presenter availability.

• If anyone selected to win the prize cannot commit to the above, we reserve the right to choose another entrant who will win all of the prize.

• Event Date: either Saturday 30th May or Sunday 31st May 2015.
• Location: Boughton House, Kettering, NN14 3AG, Northamptonshire

• No travel or accommodation will be provided – winners will be responsible for making their own way to and from the event.

• The winner must be aged 16 years old or over to take part in the event.
• The phone will not be attached to any contract and will not include any credit.
• Winners will not be able to choose the colour of products that they receive. The prize is non-transferrable and no alternative will be offered to any part of the prize.
• The winner will receive their prize within 28 days of winning.
