Is it possible to find out how much someones estate was?

I don't wish to go into the ins and outs of the whole story.
A relative of mine has always maintained that her (late) Mother was left very little by her then long term partner who passed away a couple of years before the Mother did. I know that the partner had quite a substancial estate (in excess of £1m, probably more). The partners' Probate was granted before the Mother died. My relative had POA due to the Mothers' dementia.
Since the loss of her Mother, my relative has become estrained from the rest of the family. Another family member (not me!!) wants to enquire how much the Mother was left by long-term partner, as it may affect a further Will.
I have requested a copy of the long term partner will, hopefully I'll receive that in the next week or so.
But is it possible to find out how much the partners' estate was?
I've done the usual checks (on here/Google etc) but to no avail.
TIA

Thanks, but will that show how much was left as well as who it was left too?0 -
Depends on how detailed the Will is. Could just say everything goes to xyz. However, it should tell you who are executors and then you could ask for the accounts ....0

Yes it's a full copy of the will and the grant of probate...in the case I looked for anyway. If it just says the residue or a third or what ever you might not get the exact amount0

The Probate document will give the total value of the estate - or at least an estimate of it.
The will will show how it was to be divided0 -
People make a hobby out of having a nose into the Wills of the rich & famous.

Does anyone have the name of a website from which I can donload printable csrds to attach to floral tributes? I've tried googling 'floral tribute cards' but I can only find florally cards, not the small attachable ones to putwith flowers.0

My local paper (Scotland) used to publish a regular column listing the value of the estates of deceased locals. It was a big talking point!0

The grant of probate obtainable from the same website as the will will show the gross and net amount of the estate.0
