Rented a Breast Pump

Hi,
Hoping someone can help.
My wife gave birth a few weeks back, and we had bought an electric Philips breast pump, which works ok. When we were in hospital my wife had the use of a "hospital grade" breast pump. This was much better. So making a note of the company, we realised that they rent pumps by the month. We rang them up and rented one. They told us as we live in Northern Ireland, the same model wasn't available, but a different model was, and based on their website, this too is also graded as "hospital grade".
It was delivered and we soon could out it was useless. No better than the Philips one we had, and certainly no where near what we were expecting based on the pump from the same company in the hospital.
We called them up, told them how useless it was and they said we could return it early - but no refund would be issued unless it was faulty. For all we know it is faulty, as it certainly doesn't pump very well
Does anyone know where we stand with this. It was £65 for the first month (inc delivery) and it was paid by credit card.
Kinda frustrated.... Thanks in advance.
