Terms & Conditions

By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

Promoter: Assured Food Standards, Red Tractor Assurance Europoint Building, 5-11 Lavington Street SE1 0NZ. The judges’ decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Eligibility: Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of Assured Food Standards, Red Tractor Assurance or any of their subsidiaries, advisers, agents and/or anyone connected with the organisation of this promotion.

Promotional Period: The competition begins on 27th April 2015 at 11am (“the Opening Date”) and runs until 14th June 2015 at 5pm (“the Closing Date”).

All entries to the ‘Build Your Ultimate Burger’ competition must be submitted no later than 5pm on 14th June 2015.

Timescale, deadlines and winner announcements for each individual competition may differ depending on bank holiday and weekends. We reserve the right to change/amend any competition at any time throughout the whole campaign.

Entry is made by completing the Entry Form and creating your own burger using our fun burger builder application. The creator of the best burger will have a chance to win a set VIP family tickets to Big Feastival and have your burger available for thousands to try. Weekly spot prizes for the tastiest burger will also available.

Any entries not made on the official entry form which are incomplete, illegible or defaced will be rejected.

You must complete the online entry form and click the ‘I have read & agree to the terms & conditions’ to indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Assured Food Standards / Red Tractor Assurance reserves the right to refuse to award prizes to anyone found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

Red Tractor shall not be responsible for late, lost or delayed entries or network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind that may delay or restrict entry into the competition.

The prizes for the competition are:
The overall winning burger creator will win a family ticket (2 adults plus 2 children) for the whole weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
The winning burger will be available for thousands of festival goers to try at the Big Feas
Plus, Weekly spot prizes for the tastiest burger. Each week one winner will be selected by Red Tractor team and issued a Red Tractor apron for creating the tastiest burger using our burger builder app.
The overall winner will be the entrant who in the sole opinion of the judge (Alex James) create the best burger using our ultimate burger builder app. Weekly spot prizes will be selected by the Red Tractor Marketing team and announced via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/redtractorfood and Twitter https://twitter.com/redtractorfood

Prizes will be sent to winners at the addresses supplied within 14 days of the closing date. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prizes with a prize of equivalent or higher value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. Prizes are non-transferable. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

Winners: will be notified by email by July 12th 2015. We reserve the right to change/amend the winner’s announcement date if necessary. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activities.

Copyrights: By entering the competition, you agree that copyright of entries belongs to Assured Food Standards, Red Tractor who will have an unrestricted right to use your work.
