Herpes are usually bad. Depends how far it had to go and if it was the same depot.

I love MyHermes, I had an issue this week, contacted them on facebook and got an immediate response- and even a chatty type follow up to make sure I was happy- and it wasn't even their fault !

I'm another Hermes fan, they've delivered hundreds of parcels for me. Only ever had two issues: one lost and the second damaged but compensation was paid out within a week for both items on the sale price, not the cost price like Royal Mail.

If Hermes were slightly cheaper, I'd send all my parcels with them.

I've used Myhermes hundreds of times and only once had a problem which they sorted far quicker than Royal Mail would have. They also refunded the full amount without asking for a receipt - which Royal Mail always ask for and I never have

I've never had a problem with myHermes or Yodel. I think it very much depends on the particular driver in your area
