There was an agreement with Morrisons which was publicised in the local press that the ANPR would be switched off after 6pm to allow free use of the their car park for those attending Penrith Players performances.
I'm pretty sure that the store must be getting p****d off with the antics of PE particularly when they are losing so much custom with such draconian rules as the 2hour no return policy. You can't drop your partner, do another job and then collect that person or return if you forget something.
Morrison's trading statement is due out this Thursday and by all reports the forecast is not good and I know PE isn't helping.

PE knows exactly who was ticketed that night, so why do people need to contact the store to get refunds or get the charge cancelled?

That's a rhetorical question BTW, the answer is obvious...
