HSBC updates

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else has problems with HSBC reporting correct information with Experian?

My loan with them reports correctly with Equifax - last update 21/04/15 with correct balance at time of update.

Problem arises with Experian when last update was 08/03/15 which is almost 2 months ago.

I would have thought they would have reported to both agencies at the same time, but maybe not?

Thanks

This happens with lenders from time to time. I don't think a two month delay, whilst irritating, is going to be a serious issue but if you are concerned you could always log a query through Experian. I don't have any HSBC accounts but I have had it happen with other lenders in the past.

Your Experian Credit Report is updated once a month by each of your lenders, as you've mentioned your lender hasn't provided an update for the past two months, I really want to help establish why this has happened if you could please get in contact with us, we would therefore be able to investigate the reason why this has happened and query the information that has been recorded directly with your lender.

    Kind Regards

Hi. Was this resolved? We have exactly the same issue with hsbc (same date too 08 March) and it's affecting us applying for a mortgage. See my post hsbc v Experian hell
