I hate to be controversial but I used to use Tesco Value flours but then I went through a spell where every time I opened them new there were critters in them & not just tiny ones. The last straw was getting something that resembled a beetle ! I now use Bero & have never had this problem with them. Maybe I was just unlucky who knows but it didn't half put me off the cheaper ones ! :eek:0
