Will my tuition fee loan be auto amended? OU

Studying with the OU as of October. Applied for tuition fee loan via SFE.
When filling out the online form it said the max I could take was £2,700 (the cost of 60 credits). Loan has been approved and paperwork arrived this morning for £2,700. However, I will be studying for 90 credits, which will cost around £4,000.
I checked the 'auto-amend' box when filling out the forms.
Will the OU tell SFE how many credits I am studying, and amend my loan to match the cost of the credits prior to my course starting? I have already 'enrolled' on my 2 courses and am just awaiting my pack to arrive in September time.
Thanks!

They should, but I'd double check in a couple of weeks if SFE still hasn't updated. I have heard of the OU not getting paperwork back to SFE or vice versa, always best to check up on it yourself once you've given your account time to update.0

Hi
I am having a similar issue so called the OU and SFE who confirmed that so long as the maximum amount was ticked the paperwork will be issued closer to the module start date.
If you allowed them to auto update your tuition fees you shouldn't need to anything else accept sign your declaration form and return asap.0 -
There's usually a section on the SFE application called the loan request form, that you either tick a box for the maximum, or specify an amount. If you input a specific amount first time, it won't be amended. If you ticked for the maximum, it will be amended once the OU update SFE of the fee.0
