    Good to hear that Ovo were so prompt at passing us over the update about your electricity switch. If only all switches updated so quickly we'd all be very happy!

    Disappointing to hear that Eon didn't get in touch with you until the online account went live - you should normally get a welcome pack (letter/email) directly from your chosen supplier.
