So because of problems with security the BL9 weekender has now moved to event city in Manchester we only bought our tickets because we are Bury fans and also because my sister lives 10 minutes walk away from Gig Lane and so we could walk their but we do not want to travel to Manchester even though they are putting on free transport that was not what we spent our hard earned money for does anyone know if we are entitled to a refund and how we go about it as I checked the terms and conditions on the site I bought my ticket through and it says under no circumstances are you entitled to a refund but surely this cannot be right especially with a venue change which is now going of facebook causing a lot of people problems:(
