The only think I wondered is whether there was more chance of them taking me to court since I have so many PCNs from them - so essentially 1 court win would be 10.
Possibly, we do occasionally see a PPC getting over-excited about multiples, but this lot haven't started anything yet, it's still just debt collectors.Je suis Charlie.0 -

You say they don't appear to be "physical tickets" anymore. Can you expand on that?My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

Remove your number plates, re-attach them with industrial-strength sticky-backed Velcro, and whenever you park pull 'em off and take 'em indoors with you!

Isn't it illegal in this country to impersonate a solicitor? Our Client may instruct us ... Note the use of the word "may", it May snow in August, but it is very unlikely. Anyway, they are part of the Red Cow Mob. Write to them asking them for a v.a.t. compliant invoice letter, and you may consider paying it. Tell them that, if their client refuses you will raise the matter with the Vatman.
Or haven't the Red Cow Mob figured that out yet?0
