Mighty Deals - 5 Weeks No Refund!

Can anybody assist?

I bought 3 Mighty Deal Vouchers on the 28th March, came to redeem them and was promptly told by the Reseller that the deal was no longer valid - Brilliant!

Off to Mighty Deals to request a refund... Quite simple you would think?

Finally after 3 weeks of emailing I get confirmation of a refund back to my Credit Card within 10 working days.

And here we are 13 days later no refund!!!

Two questions - Has anybody else had problems with these scam artists and how do you recommend I solve this problem?

And before the Mighty Deals Rep responds...

Yes, I've emailed Customer Service.
Yes, I've emailed the Complaints Address.
Yes, I've posted on your Facebook page.

And no I'm not getting any response whatsoever!

Any help gratefully received.

Yes i have had problems with them as well you can see my thread further down the page, we have ordered goods that have not been received, almost 6 weeks ago now!!! Have emailed them 4 times with only 1 response that said they had been in contact with the merchant which they hadn't!!!! All i want is my money back :-( God only knows how though :mad::mad::mad::mad:

It's getting ridiculous! I've logged a case with Action Fraud to see if that does anything and other than that, I think it will have to be Small Claims Court!

The same for me has nearly been four weeks no refund. I have had emails from them and had four emails every 7 days saying sorry problem with refund department it shall be with you in 5-7 days and that's all I keep getting

I bought a Debenhams voucher in January and went to use it and it said invalid number.


I emailed Mightydeals and they said it expired after 30 days and a link to the terms and conditions.


The terms and conditions said once redeemed which I did straight away, it was valid for 2 years.


So what's going on here?
