Dart Charge money not taken from account

I have a Dart Charge account that was migrated from the old Dart Tag system and the balance transferred across.
I've made several crossings since the new system started, some of them going right back to December, and no money for any of them has been taken from the account.
I'm think I'm getting close to the point where the balance on the account wouldn't cover all of the crossing charges if they decided to take them all out of the account at once, but I'm not sure as I haven't kept a log of all the crossings I've made. I don't want to suddenly find I have a fine when I thought I had enough get money in my account to cover the crossings!
I'm wondering whether it would be best to top up the account just in case? But I can't keep doing that for ever though, I wonder if they will write the charges off after a certain amount of time?
I'd like to point out that I did contact Dart Charge via their Facebook page and they asked me to give them details so they could look into it. I gave them the details and I never heard anything back.

I would top it up just in case, If there are any issues you can then prove you put the money into the account to cover the usage.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

You're not alone.
In the past few months I've made 5 return crossings and only had 3 charges made to my account.0 -
Won't be long before penalty notices start appearing. My dad got one last week for a crossing in December. They'd charged the vehicle different rates on each way.
Has been a nightmare trying to sort it out. Don't wait, RING them and get squared away. Don't bother faffing about with Facebook.0 -

So they are fining other people for their mistakes? That doesn't sound good.
I bought an ex Motability vehicle and it came up on the website as an exempt vehicle, with no way to change that. I rang them up and the call centre said they'd changed it, but no change came up on the web site.
When the DVLA web site changed to show the correct tax rate instead of exempt, I deleted the entry on my account and recreated it. This time it came up with a prompt to ask if the vehicle was still exempt. I was then able to enter it in the database as a normal vehicle.
Up to that point I hadn't used the crossing. About a week after I entered it as 'class B', i.e. a normal motor car I used the crossing and I expected to be billed normally. When they produced a statement, I was surprised to see that I had been charged a zero rate for the crossing. I rang them and this time the call centre told me there was nothing they could do. Their systems would continue to charge me a zero rate until the DVLA notified them that the class had changed and I should just enjoy the free crossing while they lasted!
That's as much effort as £5 or so of fees seems to me to warrant. I've done my best to pay the correct rate and I would be happy for them to correct the charges. Obviously, if they try to fine me for their mistake, I will get very grumpy.0 -

Just got an automated email from them about one of my crossings in December - looks like their system is reading a D in my reg number as a B. As I have a tag, the email is complaining that the tag is not being used in the car that is named on the account.
Looks like I will have to sort it out with them and I expect the charges will come off the account after that.
I'm sure it's not a coincidence that the email came shortly after I tweeted them, although supposedly theiir Twitter account is only used between 8:30 & 4.
Am tempted to take the tag out of the car if it's always going to read my reg wrong!0
