Bank holiday payments

Am on ESA and in the past, despite my £ normally going in Tuesdays, money has always hit my account the Saturday beforehand. It certainly did last May bank holiday.

Do they still do this? Am stuck in hospital for another couple of days so need to know whether to get friend to check account tomorrow.

My DLA's just gone in (at midnight) which is due on Tuesday. I usually get payments due the day after the BH at midnight on Saturday morning. I have vague memories of it not applying to IS, but it's been years since I had that paid on a Tuesday.

Do you have internet banking? On mine it doesn't show the payment transaction but the money's been added to my balance, but it does show the payment if I get a mini statement from the ATM.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
