Is it me, or are newbuilds rarely shown in TV ads?
And why is this so?

Tv ads for what? Not many adverts show the outside of houses anyway so I don't see why they would show newbuilds.0

There used to be the ad with tbe helicopter years ago and tben tbere was the "Peterborough effect" ad too. Builders don't seem to do tv adverts now.0

I meant products mainly being advertised inside properties. They always seem rustic and farmhouse-like. The products don't even have to be food...0

I'm going to have to cite examples by the look of it...0

"Rustic and farmhouse like" equates to goodness and wholesome and dreams of better living. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

I'd ask: How come everybody in every advert lives in a huge house, with loads of stuff and the sun's always shining?
Because it's Magical Adland.0 -
There is no shortage of people clamoring for them so why bother with the expense of the TV buy? They are plenty in demand in the North East (for reasons that ellude me) and I imagine there is even more demand elsewhere0
