Viagogo Charge for changing E ticket to Paper Ticket Delivery Method

I sold two tickets to see Foo Fighters on Viagogo about 2 months ago, I thought the website I bought them off would send the tickets as E tickets. They have since posted the tickets as normal paper tickets not the print off ones.

I have informed Viagogo of this, that I cant upload the paper tickets for obvious reasons, they have come back to me and said there will be a £20.00 charge for changing each ticket method?! I find this pretty ridiculous when this in no way effects them in anyway monetary way. All I am doing is posting them to the buyers address instead of uploading them to him via viagogo.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any advice on what I could do?
