"Dopplr has issued the claim against you and passed for consideration to HM Courts Ref:[KRxxxxxxx].The claim was read, and passed to the second reading. For these or other notarial acts, or the legalising of documents, please contact Dopplr as soon as posible."

Sounds like one of the many fake court notice emails spam/scams being sent out at the moment. Attachment being a virus/trojan/malware disguised in the supposed document.

Any real court notice would come via post or perhaps personal service.

As Fermi says, official court papers come in the post, never via email, it's a scam, blast away !!!!!

Definitely a scam, and from someone whose first language is not English. The text of what they sent you is absolute nonsense.

Interestingly, the broken English in scam emails is thought to be deliberate and nothing to do with the native tongue of the sender. Phishing emails are sent in their billions and so to manage the volume of returns, the scammers deliberately make language errors so that the majority of recipients will recognise that it is spam and delete the message. The remainder are expected to be a little more credulous, or a little less careful in their reading, and would be more likely to proceed with the scam exchange once it begins in earnest.

The scammers only want (and can only handle) a tiny fraction of responses so they use this method to 'pre-select' people who will be most receptive to their schemes.

Some interesting research on the topic from Microsoft here.
