I'm in again. I have 18 working days this month so I'm going for a target of 16.

It was tough last month. I slipped with my weekly meal planning which had a knock on effect on my lunches. I need to refocus.

Welcome to The Only Girl, Welcome back to Lilahloo. A special welcome to havecourageandbekind, as a newbie to MSE as well as this thread.

Today i had 2 herb wraps filled with vegan pesto, salad and cucumber. I am on a mission to use up what i have in the kitchen and keep food spends to a minimum this month, so expect to see some strange concoctions from me :D

I hope everyone is having a lovely Bank Holiday? What are you up to? I have just finished invoicing my clients, and now just browsing online and relaxing :)

I am in work 14 days this month and I am aiming for 14 days of bringing my own lunch in. Today I am having coucous with cucumber, radishes, beetroot, tomatoes and ham with a dollop of cottage cheese on top!
