Has she done any other training in the meantime? As soon as it became clear my wife could no longer do her job (also a nurse as mentioned in your other thread), she started working towards other roles. She now works at a university (but employed by NHS) where she teaches anatomy to nursing students and over sees practical exams for oncology placements.
There are other avenues as well, school nurse, nurse for a private company as many businesses have a nurse in, these roles are easier and you can often find part time positions as well.
She has to find something to make herself employable again, taking on courses etc is alsoa very good way of easing yourself back in to work.0 -
