How to close a TSB account

Hi all,
I dont have a TSB branch near me. Ive just been on the phone to TSB and they said that I have to either go into a branch or close the account in writing. However - I cant see anywhere on their site or Google on how to close the account or which address to use! The chap on the phoen couldnt give me an address either! Has anyone managed to do this?

I have 2 TSB enhanced accounts; 2 TSB Classic Plus accounts; and 1 TSB eSavings account. I only want to close the eSavings account. When I go into a branch they tell me I have to do it online becauase its an online saver - and when I go online it says I can only close it in a branch. Their phone support says I have to either go into a branch or in writing but arent abl eto tell me what address or details of what I have to put in the letter to close it! Any ideas? Theres nothing on their website or Google about closing an account.

go to tsb.co.uk, in the top right hand corner there is a looking glass, picture, type closing an account then click the looking glass. It then brings up an FAQ page on the side asking you to select the type of account (currant, savings etc) select savings and it advises the address is

TSB,
Box 1,
BX4 7SB

I did this recently - I just sent a letter to my local branch address and they closed it.
