Credit score help

HI ive had free trials few years back for both experian and equifax, but whats the cheapest or even free method to just get a credit score thats all i need to know.

    To get a full picture of what a potential lender will see you really need to check all 3 agencies.
    Your callcredit file you can get for free from noddle as said. FOr experian and equifax you can get your statutory reports for £2 each (these don't include a score but the score is worthless anyway, its the raw data on the statutory report that lenders assess).
