Hey I submitted my appeal on 26/05/2015 but haven't received an email or letter from POPLA or UKPC, is this normal?

Im sure I read on this forum that it takes 4-5 weeks for POPLA to make a decision, and its already gone past that

EDIT: Please ignore I just re read the acknowledgement email and they said the decision will be made on 02/07/2015

Right, ...... that was yesterday! Sometimes they're a couple of days adrift, so no panic. Did you receive the PPC's Evidence Pack?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Nope, I didnt receive any emails or letters from POPLA or UKPC after the confirmation of my appeal and I still havent got a response from POPLA yet on their decision.

I was under the impression that and evidence pack is only submitted by the PPC if they feel they have grounds to rebut the appeal.

send them an email and ask if the decision has been made and to email it if they have, as you have not received the decision

mention that if no decision has yet been reached, when is it expected, or has it been deferred or stayed due to the Beavis case ?

POPLA replied and they made the decision today to accept my appeal. Thanks for all the help guys.

The reson was:It is the Appellant’s case that the parking charge notice was issued incorrectly.

The Operator has not produced a copy of the parking charge notice, nor any evidence to show a breach of the conditions of parking occurred, nor any evidence that shows what the conditions of parking, in fact, were.

It seems like UKPC didn't even try to win this case.
