Travel Insurance with COPD

Options
Please any advice.

I have trawled the internet for a week solid day and night
I am 48 ( so to young for saga :D )
Im at stage 3 of copd on no oxygen, on over 5 meds a day plus neb, I've been hospitalized 3 times within the last 12 months.

cheapest I'm getting is £258 for 2 wk holiday to Majorca,
I found one today for £73 :j but then my 2 children cost £66 EACH !!
I have my EHIC card
So is there anyone that will insure children without parent on the policy

I have checked every site on here.google.yahoo.british lung, heart foundation etc and all comparison site's, plus individual brokers
go in 19 days arghhhhh

any help would be much appricated please... Oh and the £73 policy will cover me for health, but no cover if I have to cancel travel before my holiday
I would love to be a Travel Agent :j

    Staysure?

Are your children covered in the £258 quote?

    Another thread suggests Columbus Direct?

Is there a COPD forum or charity? They may have more direct experience.

I'm in Majorca at the moment, weather's lovely!

    Have you tried Eurotunnel?

I have no personal experience, but I know of someone with secondary breast cancer that got reasonably priced cover with them.

Thank you, they refused me.few ppl on health site's recommended them.Really don't think I have left any insurance company upturned:think::think: lol
I think i will go with the quote for £250 at least we will be all on one policy.. for the sake of £45 :( and this stress is getting my breathing into tiswas.
Once it's all booked I can relax
I really don't think I have much choice as some quote's ( most quotes actually were coming back £600/700/800 pound :mad:OR REFUSUAL :():(:wall:
It's frustrating as I will have my meds/steriods/neb plus portable neb with me and know 98% of the time when I need Paramedics
    Thank's for all your advice
