I have a new (to me) mac mini & I am after Wireless Keyboard and Trackpad. The official Apple one would be great ;)but I am not looking to spend that kind of money but I like the functionality. Are there other people that make them? I can't find anything on Amazon, I already have a big keyboard and mouse but its not a long term solution.

There are a few Bluetooth keyboards out there that feature similar functions to Apple's "official" offering.
I'm not too sure about Trackpads. I would imagine there are.
I've found one on PC World (wireless keyboard):

And there's this Logitech Trackpad on eBay:

Take a look at the Logitech ones, I know a couple of people who love theirs. I'm not sure of the model but they are quite compact with a built in trackpad and without a trackpad you lose the gesture stuff for navigation, resizing etc.
A quick look on eBay shows loads of the genuine Apple ones for sale at reasonable prices.
They are nice but many people find them small for serious everyday use and buy a full sized one with more responsive keys thensell the wireless one.
I don't use mine, I bought a proper professional keyboard with mechanical keys for my iMac but as a programmer and database specialist I spent most of my working life at a keyboard and believe me there are keyboards and there are keyboards! One by one the penguins are slowly stealing my sanity.0
