Interesting article in Telegraph
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/investing/funds/11568113/Nick-Train-I-have-not-bought-or-sold-a-share-for-four-years.html
Nick Train is a name that comes up regularly as one of the more successful managers in articles. He has not bought or sold a share for 4 years, and on average holds onto his shares for 18 years - obviously a fan of Buffet. Just thought this was interesting cf the many posts on swapping around regularly or panicking and selling out... compared to occasional rebalancing.

Interesting.
Until recently I haven't been buying or selling either.0 -
I wonder if the same can be applied to a portfolio of funds rather than shares, and if so what does it suggest about rebalancing as a strategy?
I guess picking the right shares/funds is the key here?0
