Mighty Deals

Having read quite a few problems on here with mighty deals i am here to add yet another.
5 weeks and 3 days ago i redeemed a voucher for a pet crate costing me £41.98 including P&P. My husband also ordered a smaller one cost £32.98 including P&P, we are still waiting for them !!!!!! Have emailed might deals 4 times and only had 1 reply saying they had been in contact with the merchant and would get back to me asap, that was a week and a half ago!!!! I have been in contact with the merchant myself and they said that they have had no orders or money from them, they themselves have been trying to get in contact with mighty deals with no joy!!! As you can imagine i am not a happy customer and now just want my money back, does anyone know how i can go about doing this???:mad::mad::mad:
