Does anybody know if NPower is having problems in transfering Gas customers who are on IGT (GTC Pipeline). I have been trying since March and my IGT has not received any request from them?

Transferring to NPower or away from NPower? I am not sure why you are talking to your IGT as the switch is supposed to be managed by the gaining supplier. My property is with an IGT and, apart from it taking time, I have had no issues with my gas transfers. My latest one from Ovo to E.oN took 24 days rather than the 17 days it should have. Getting a final bill out of Ovo did though take 10 weeks. I was warned that this would be the case. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. 'System Problems' - Their company line.
The reason 'system problems' makes such good BS is that it is nondescript and doesn't invite many questions.
Hope they get it sorted soon for you.0 -

I also mentioned that to the OP last week in this thread

Interestingly, I also note that last week the OP claimed they were with Independent Pipelines (post #24), and it was not until lstar337 said in post#34 that she was with GTC, that the OP then said they were with GTC in post #37

They did the same to me, although my IGT was Indigo Pipelines.
Long story short, they never did take over the supply, again blaming system problems. I however lodged it as a complaint with NPower, which they didn't respond to in time. Ombudsman awarded me £75 originally, and told NPower to take over the supply. Only found out at that point that apparently they couldn't due to these system problems, at which point the Ombudsman upped it to £150.
NPower claimed to have sent the cheque out at the end of March, but this never arrived. Had to send them a LBA last week for the amount, which finally got paid directly into my bank account today.
Maybe try similar?0
