Credit report corrections help

Hi there
Has anyone got an idea of how long it takes equifax, experian or call credit to correct errors on their reports. I have an electoral role error with equifax (fine on other 2 but equifax shows my wrong date of birth) which has been outstanding for a few weeks now.
However, on experian they are showing both my credit cards twice (again fine on other 2) so that my available credit and current debt are both double the actual figure!!
Just wondered if they took days, weeks or months to correct these kinds of errors?
Thanks for any help

Thanks James, I have emailed your customer on the help email address - do you need me to copy the email to you again? Also, can you give an idea of how long it takes to correct as I am going through a mortgage application currently!0
