What time do direct debits leave account?

Just curious whether anyone actually know the time in which DDs leave a bank account? I thought it was first thing but now I'm not so sure.

Mine normally go out before 07:00 (when I usually check), but I don't know exactly when.

Is it a DD for something which has renewed? The reason I ask is that I have 2 x DD for Direct Line which should both go out on the same day. One insurance was renewed this month, but the DD was two days later being taken out.

Not sure if it's relevant, but just thought it might be worth a mention.
