    For an "injury" from an accident in 2013 that has caused so much suffering that you didn't know it was there until a cold caller told you there was a chance of some cash....

    Let's hope that the 3rd party insurer puts up a fight.

    I was hit by a car when cycling, I attended A&E and the police took details and the driver's insurer was involved - obviously no comparison sites would be involved at my end - one of the hospital or police (likely hospital) has passed details onto these claim firms as I have been receiving fishing texts about the injury (as it happens I have already got a firm to deal with this side of things but it's amusing to see a text saying an amount I am "entitled" to down to an exact sum

    People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
