Airport tax cuts

I read an article today about airport tax cuts and got totally confused. Please excuse my ignorance and I'm new here so not sure if anyone can help with specifics. Can anyone tell me if these changes will effect my holiday. I'm booked to go to Florida in April 2016, 2 adults, 1 child (aged 12) I just wondered if any of the changes planned will affect my holiday price.
thanks in advance

They're not airport tax cuts, its the APD for children being scrapped. Whether you're due a refund will depend on whether you paid the tax in the first place. Depending on when you booked the price you paid might have already been amended to reflect the change.0
