Having a dreadful experience with Amazon customer services at the moment due to non delivery of an order they claim was delivered. Huge lag in responses and then generic replies.Their customer services used to be so good.
Not wishing to take anything away from these deals - but maybe something to bare in mind.

Have you tried chatting with them or calling them? They are usually brilliant over those two channels.0

I have. It's uncharacteristic of the experience I've had in the past. Although it'd been a while since I'd needed to call on them
To be honest the frustration has sapped my energy and brought out some irrational behaviour. I'm going to put it behind me for a while.
Boycott them for as long as I can, and see how I get on. (Made slightly easier by the news that from tonight super saver delivery will only be free on items over £20)
I won't ignore any major bargains or glitches (that would really be a case of biting off my nose to spite my face), but I'll go elsewhere in the main.
I'm only one person and it makes not a jot of difference to Amazon - but it makes me feel better!
As a buyer, Ebay have superb customer services. (I gather it's not as good for sellers.)0 -
They have outsourced most of their calls to the Philippines. Horrible experience. Complain until you get a decent service.0
