Rang g24 told them i was driving

After my attempt at getting my PCN cancelled from G24 for parking outside of a marked bay in central six retail park and having it failed ( 1st appeal letter template). I decided to ring the retailer to argue why I had received the ticket as I had a 2 month old and 2 year old in the car and it would have been impossible to get them out of the car has there being a car to the right so had no choice but to park over the side. Told this to mothercare they said would get in touch with the parking company G24 so after a while they rang me back and gave me a number to ring and speak to them. So this I did foolishly and thought I had a chance to get the ticket cancelled I told them the facts of the incident and inadvertently told them I was parking the car. Oh dear and still they would not do anything about it and said to just make a complaint to there complaints department. Can I still get out of this or should I pay the ticket now. Has in court I have already told them over the phone whom was driving.
